With water in reservoirs rising as I write, it should mean an estimated state water delivery well above 10 percent, which was announced prior to the current rain and snow event.

Better yet - the leaching of salts from the soil profile. The lack of water by curtailments has forced many growers to forgo their leaching requirements - thus we remain reliant on the rain to remove these salts!
