Another Press Conference to Publicize the Dire Water Needs of California Farmers. A Flawed Biological Opinion has put the Delta Smelt Minnow before Humans, which has caused hundreds of thousands of acres of prime farm land to be idled on the West Side of the San Joaquin Valley.
